Be good at what you do
As i was in the Electronic Communication lecture, the lecturer said something that motivated me to work more harder.
He was explaining why many people fail his course, because they don’t practice and they don’t go any extra mile to win, so he gave an example of Christiano Ronaldo. We all know he is a great player, a very very good one and he also knows that he is good but if you closely in his life he spends most of his time in the soccer field practicing, yet he is already good and everyone loves watching him play.
The same applies to us, if we want to be good at what we do, we have to become Christiano Ronaldo in that area be it business, electronics, PR, HR, accounting etc, we have to practice day in day out. As the saying goes, practice makes perfect. Yes you know you are good but if you do not practice, you will never be the Christiano Ronaldo of your field.
